So how does this virtual assistant thing work?
You reach out and GetHipp, Inc. whenever you need assistance.
Send information and details via e-mail, fax or through conversations.
Be explicit with your expectations and always set deadlines for
delivery. Be available for questions and clarification while
work is in progress. Communication is the key to a productive and
successful “virtual” team. Completed projects will be e-mailed,
FedEx’d or faxed, based upon your requirements.
Payment
is made by credit cards, money orders, and personal checks.
RUSH jobs incur an additional fee of 20%.
Would you rather work on a per job basis or monthly retainer?
A monthly retainer is nice because we build a rhythm together
especially if you have regularly scheduled projects that GetHipp,
Inc. can handle on a routine basis. Often times clients start with
a per job agreement, are quite satisfied with the work, then realize
that GetHipp is indispensable and negotiate a monthly agreement.
How much does a web site cost? That depends on the scope of the project including the following:
- number of pages
- e-commerce capabilities
- installation of message board
- audio capabilities
- autoresponders
- viral marketing
- writing or editing content
- online promotions
- password protected areas
- miscellaneous services
- You want it when? Rush jobs are extra!
I already have a website, but want some changes made and new pages added. Can you handle that for me?

for all office/business services.
Is web hosting included in your price?
No, GetHipp does not host or resell hosting services. GetHipp,
Inc. DOES do the research to locate a host who will provide the
ideal hosting solution for the best price. Your hosting fees will
be paid directly to the selected hosting service. GetHipp does not
receive any kickbacks or commissions.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
GetHipp, Inc. works whenever clients need support. As with any
business, it’s not always possible to be available at the last minute,
so planning ahead is always best. But if you’re in a jam and
need last minute help, GetHipp, Inc. will always try to come through
for you. RUSH jobs incur an additional fee of 20%.
If I ask you to work on a project and you don’t have the required software or skills, what will you do?
GetHipp, Inc. has access to Virtual Assistants with skills
in all areas of business. If we are unable to meet your needs, we
will locate someone who has the necessary skills and put them in
touch with you so that you can work directly together.
Can you work on-site in my office from time to time?
If your office is located within 20 miles of our office, we
can provide on-location support occasionally. Billable hours
will include travel time, as those are hours when the GetHipp, Inc.
virtual office is closed to other clients.
Is
it true that there are feathers in the GetHipp, Inc. office?
Absolutely! The GetHipp, Inc. office assistant is always
on duty and listening for the phone (or sometimes ringing like one!)
